We do not directly install security systems, cameras, or alarms. Work is completed by independent local professionals in and around the Houston Metropolitan Area. We review your request and arrange for a suitable installer to contact you with a quote and availability.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries. You are responsible for evaluating quotes and making your own decisions about which installer to hire. You agree to communicate directly with the installer regarding pricing, scheduling, and work scope.
No Direct Service Guarantee
We facilitate introductions to licensed installers but do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed. Each installer operates independently and is responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
Installer Vetting
We maintain vetting standards for installers in our network, including verification of Texas Security License, NICET Fire Alarm Certification, ESA Membership, and relevant licenses. However, you should independently verify credentials before hiring any installer.
Referral Fees
We may receive referral fees from installers in our network when work is completed. This does not affect the price you pay or the quality of service you receive.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from work performed by independent installers, including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers
Our service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that installers will be available in your area or that quotes will meet your budget. We do not guarantee response times or installation timelines.
Intellectual Property
